Delivery
We offer delivery only within the region of Attica (excluding the Islands). We offer free delivery for all orders above 120 euros. For orders under 120 euros the delivery cost is 5 euros. Delivery takes 2-3 business days from when the order is placed. Orders are delivered Monday through Friday, except for holidays.
Payment Options
You can pay by cash on delivery, bank deposit or credit card through our secure online payment.
We accept all credit or debit cards. Your credit card may be charged either immediately or up to 7 days from the moment of your order. All prices shown on our e-shop are in Euros. Transactions security: We handle security matters with great responsibility. We do not save any of your credit card’s details, while all credit card transactions are only processed through our Viva Wallet platform safety system.
In the case of cash on delivery your purchases are paid upon the delivery of the order to the delivery person.
If you wish to pay for your order by bank deposit, you can do it at any bank branch or via e-banking at the following bank account: ALPHA BANK IBAN GR5701401530153002002022155 Beneficiary: THE SEASONAL EXPRESS IKE. In this case, it is necessary to indicate your name and the number of your order in the deposit description, otherwise, it will not be possible to send your order. If there are transaction costs, they are borne by the customer. The deposit should be made within 2 working days from the date of the order. If the payment is not completed within this period, the order will be canceled.
Returns
We are happy to assist you with your return. If for any reason you have changed your mind about a purchase you have made you can return it within 14 days from the receipt of your order, as long as the product is in its original condition and packaging.
Please email or call us to arrange your return and let us know if you would like a refund to your original payment method or a store credit to use in your next purchase. Please note that delivery costs are non-refundable and you will be charged a 4 euro return cost. Refunds are processed within five days after product inspection.
Custom-made products cannot be returned and are non-refundable.
